Our focus is providing exceptional Construction & Relocation Management Services to the Triangle Commercial Real Estate market. We strive to be a single point of contact for our clients.  We work with local brokers to help tenants find the right space for them and determine how to best reconfigure it to their needs.  Once the lease is signed, we take the baton from the broker and manage the design, bidding, construction and relocation so the tenant has an advocate throughout the entire process.    

Our typical projects range in size from $250k facility projects to multi-million dollar tenant improvements.    We specialize in Fast Track projects with tight deadlines, renovations in occupied spaces that require extensive planning and coordination and "Wow!" spaces that push the envelope of design so your employees and guests say "wow!" as soon as they walk in.  Whether the needs are project specific or broader ranging, we will work with you to develop the appropriate terms, scope, pricing structure and timeline that is right for your project.  

What sets us apart from most Construction Management firms is our Same Team approach.  The typical Commercial Construction process is highly fragmented and that leads to frustration from delays and change orders.  The process is fairly broken because the right people aren't giving the right feedback early enough in the process.  The Same Team approach is about fixing that and making sure that the permit drawings and schedule reflect coordinated input from all of the appropriate parties and create realistic expectations for you so you can plan your move with confidence.
